U-turn, if you want to; the Lady is not for turning!

One of her famous lines; “U-turn, if you want to; the Lady is not for turning” was telecasted again and again today on various news channels & she appeared not less than a caliber, by saying so.

I have always been curious about her famous lines, unconventional decisions and also for her being a fellow Librans (she was born two days after I was born!:)

She was VERY WELL illustrated by the recent movie, “Iron Lady”, starring Meryl Streep as Mrs. Thatcher, which showed different shades of her personality. Lovely movie, in case you haven’t seen it.

RIP Margaret Thatcher, the Iron Lady, Britain’s first female prime minister, longest serving prime minister; who changed her country and the world, sometimes for better, sometimes for worse.
