“Beauty Sleep”! Phew! You sleep to look beautiful?

I just love chatting with him. Somehow we always have this long spiritual conversations, which are based on factual & out of concern for fellow man-kind, environment, population, health tips, life science….and each time it turns out to be a good one. I told him as well. I am NOT particularly impressed with people who use, lots of MAY BE in their sentences, every now and then. But he is one such person; who says either “I don’t know” or “I know” with all the facts and findings. He is my good friend.

And today; I was telling him how I am enjoying my early bed times; these days after my exams. And that’s when he told me about “Beauty Sleep”! Phew! You sleep to look beautiful? Awwwwwwh, no ways. All the beauty shops/saloons/parlours will be out of business, if so!

People deprived of sleep for long periods appear less attractive and unhealthier than those who are well rested, say researchers. WHERE DO YOU THINK I HAVE GOT MY BAD LOOKS FROM? THIS IS WHAT MY FOUR YEARS STUDY HAS DONE TO ME. Can you imagine how sleep loss makes you look at night or early in the morning when the body clock promotes sleep? Well this is backed by scientific research and my own experience with the topic.

Please have a look at these pictures. One is sleeping well and the other is NOT. Difference is apparent. All I want to appeal is PLEASE GO TO BED, BEFORE 10am. Its was also said that one hour sleep before midnight is equivalent to four hours sleep after midnight. Can you believe that? It is true.

And a cup of warm milk; before going to bed will make miracles, if you want to follow. Are you concerned about the outcomes? Hire me – I am a decent photographer, I can show you, AFTER & BEFORE effects! What say?
