Plateau - French Restaurant!

Firstly this restaurant has great views and makes an impression on you the moment you step out the elevator.  All the staffs are very helpful and the service has always been FANTASTIC overall. The view from the restaurant is absolutely stunning, especially in the evening overlooking the ice skaters below and a modern interior replete with Saarinen chairs.

I have been to this restaurant, at least five times in the last year.  Best French restaurant I've been to. The chef has one Michelin star. The term "Michelin Star" is a hallmark of fine dining quality. Menu is great and constantly changing. Main thing is that we were treated just like royals.

But my favourites, from the menu are the sea-food classics:

• Seared Seabass, braised baby gem, roast cepes, parsley oil
• Baked ½ lobster, pommes frites, garlic butter

If we are a wine lover, it has nearly 250 varieties to offer: from classic French favourites to best quality New World discoveries . French wine is always iconic; hence no brainer…to discover best breed French wines in the best French restaurant in the city.  Dessert? No-brainer! It’s the best French restaurant for the god’s sake. 

Waiting time could be little longer on a busy day,  but for us, it has always been manageable.

I find the food to be reasonably priced, compared to the restaurant standard and its lip-smacking taste. I would definitely recommend this restaurant.  My rating: 4.5 / 5.  Seriously Impressive!!!
