Appreciation & Gratitude attracts, while Attachment pushes away!

Fear! Fear in my mind today. Seeing those I love, in pain or thought of loosing them one day.

There is a difference between feeling gratitude and appreciation for something and feeling attachment for something. Appreciation and gratitude are states of pure love, while attachment contains fear – fear of loosing or not having what we are attached to.

When it comes to something, we want in our life, appreciation and gratitude attracts, while attachment pushes away. If we are feeling afraid that we will not get what we want, or loosing what we have, then we have attachment.

To remove the attachment, we have to keep shifting ourselves into a state of appreciation and gratitude, until we can feel that FEAR has gone for good.

I am thankful; that I have such a beautiful family & bunch of ROCKING friends; joyous memories with them, experiences with them, growing up with them, living with them, loving them, pain of separation from them, excitement of seeing them again, hope of maintaining them always. It’s a beautiful state of mind indeed. I appreciate and grateful for everything & everyone I have in life.

Gute Nacht, Bonne nuit & Subh Ratri!
